Shipping Policy

We can no longer ship to APO/FPO, PO Boxes, or outside of the United States.

Federal law now requires a 21 year or older adult must present photo ID and sign for packages.

Please ship to an address where and adult is likely to be available during the day, such as your workplace.

Failed Deliveries

A 21+ year old adult must be present to sign for deliveries. Carriers will make a maximum of 3 delivery attempts before returning to sender.

We have to pay the carrier regardless if they are able to successfully collect a signature and deliver your package.

Thus all shipping charges are non-refundable, and any orders with "free shipping" which fail to be delivered will be assessed $16 shipping fee.

Free Shipping

Free shipping minimum applies to order products including discounts but not including shipping costs or taxes.

Backorders

Due to the high cost of shipping, we are unable to split ship orders. Orders with backordered items will ship once all items are fulfillable.

Order Modification

We cannot modify order contents. You would need to cancel the order and place a new one.

Revisions and Modifications

Eliquid Depot may revise these Terms of Use at any time. Orders placed prior to this modification date remain covered by policies in effect at that time. By using this Site, you agree to be bound by any such revisions.
